2+ Years Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Transactional Corporate Attorney
to join our team in Boston. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience handling a variety of corporate transactional matters and will be eager to take on meaningful responsibility in a collaborative, client-focused environment. Responsibilities
Advise clients on a range of corporate and business law matters, including business entity formation and governance. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other transactional documents. Assist with mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions. Provide counsel on regulatory compliance and general corporate strategy. Work directly with clients across industries, supporting their business and legal needs. Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Admission to the Massachusetts Bar (or eligibility to waive in). Minimum of 2 years’ experience in corporate transactional practice, including experience with business formations, contracts, and M&A. Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to excellent client service and teamwork. Compensation
