Our client is a boutique law firm in Houston known for delivering high-quality corporate and transactional legal services with a personalized approach. The firm handles sophisticated matters while maintaining a collaborative, close-knit culture. We are seeking talented professionals to join the team in two key roles:
Corporate Transactional Attorney
and
Corporate Paralegal. Corporate Transactional Attorney
Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and corporate agreements. Advise on business entity formation, governance, and compliance. Support mergers & acquisitions, financings, and other strategic transactions. Manage client relationships and provide practical, business-minded legal solutions. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school; active Texas Bar admission. 2–5 years of corporate/transactional law experience (M&A, contracts, entity work). Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and interact directly with clients. Corporate Paralegal
Responsibilities Prepare and file entity formations, annual reports, and corporate records. Assist with due diligence, transaction checklists, and closing binders. Conduct legal research and organize corporate documentation. Provide day-to-day support for attorneys and client matters. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate. 5+ years of corporate/Commercial Litigation paralegal experience. Experience with corporate filings and entity management software preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
