2+ Years Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Transactional Corporate Attorney
to join our Boston office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with at least two years of experience in corporate transactional matters who is eager to grow their practice and take on meaningful responsibility in a collaborative, client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Advise clients on corporate and business law matters, including entity formation and governance.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other transactional documents.
Support mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions.
Counsel clients on regulatory compliance and general corporate strategy.
Work closely with clients across diverse industries, providing practical and solutions-oriented advice.
Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Massachusetts Bar (or eligibility to waive in).
Minimum of 2 years of corporate transactional experience, including business formations, contracts, and M&A.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to excellent client service, professionalism, and teamwork.
