Overview
Requirements Analyst – 508 Compliance, Washington, DC - Remote. Chenega Military, Intelligence & Operations Support (MIOS) invites you to join a team supporting large-scale government operations with cutting-edge technology and opportunities for professional growth. Chenega Agile Real-Time Solutions (CARS) provides integrated enterprise IT support to Federal customers, both CONUS and OCONUS, with subject matter experts who have decades of federal marketplace experience.

508 Compliance Requirements Analyst
to evaluate and ensure all IT systems, applications, and content meet accessibility standards under Section 508. This role supports inclusive design and compliance across digital assets. This is a remote role.
Responsibilities
Review and analyze system requirements and documentation for accessibility
Conduct audits and assessments using Trusted Tester protocols
Work with developers and designers to implement accessible solutions
Document and report 508 compliance status
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and remediation activities
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience; or Associate and 4+ years of relevant experience; or High School and 6+ years of relevant experience
Active DHA Trusted Tester Certification
Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain Public Trust Clearance
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to work independently and effectively within a team setting
Capable of managing multiple efforts with time-related constraints in a fast-paced contracting environment
Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholder groups
Friendly presence, helpful attitude, good interpersonal skills, and ability to work well with others
Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Office applications
Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications, experience training end users on technical issues
Ability to provide technical assistance and support over the phone; professional demeanor and customer service experience
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to think abstractly to solve issues
