Join a $50M-funded early startup where you\'ll own develop 0-1 custom platforms that drive quality, reliability, Testing and AI performance using observability tools, PostgreSQL and Python. This VC-backed startup aims to become Miami\'s leader in AI with a high-performance culture and strong career progression. The team is small, high-impact, and onsite in Miami, focusing on building internal AI tools that drive quality, reliability, and performance across backend, data, cloud platforms, observability, and messaging/telephony. Responsibilities
Take ownership in building new AI platform performance tools that drive quality and reliability. Backend - Python (FastAPI). Data - PostgreSQL / Supabase. Platform: CI/CD / AWS / Terraform/ CDK. Observability: OpenTelemetry / Prometheus / Grafana. Fully onsite in Miami working alongside a highly skilled team. Qualifications
Strong Python experience (FastAPI preferred). Strong SQL skills; hands-on PostgreSQL schema design. Skilled in observability (logs/metrics/traces). Looking to join an early well-funded AI Start-up. Able to build 0-1 systems quickly with full ownership! Happy to be onsite in Miami downtown 5 days a week.
