We are seeking a seasoned technology delivery leader to drive large-scale, transformative initiatives within our Global Enterprise Technology and Digital teams. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, fostering collaboration across teams and engaging effectively with executive leadership. As a member of the leadership team, this role will lead organizational change, promote a culture of agility, and ensure the successful delivery of critical projects aligned with long-term goals. The position offers an opportunity to shape how teams work, innovate faster, and enhance guest experiences by embedding Agile practices and operational excellence. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels—ultimately ensuring our transformation delivers measurable business impact. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Program & Portfolio Leadership: Lead the delivery of large-scale technology programs involving multiple teams and stakeholders. Organize, monitor, and coordinate interconnected projects across product delivery, infrastructure, shoreside, and shipboard systems. Define and refine operational frameworks to accelerate delivery speed and quality. Promote a collaborative culture aligned around shared outcomes. Measure, track, and report on team velocity, stability, and progress against quarterly delivery targets. Manage vendor relationships, resource planning, and third-party deliverables to ensure seamless execution. Agile & Process Transformation: Lead the organization’s shift to Scrum and scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe). Coach and mentor teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners to mature Agile practices. Continuously evaluate and improve operational effectiveness and delivery processes. Facilitate Agile workshops and large team sessions to foster alignment and best practices. Risk & Financial Management: Develop mechanisms to monitor program health, risks, and issues. Escalate and resolve blockers proactively. Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting, ensuring projects stay within Capex and Opex forecasts. Optimize resource utilization and identify cost-saving opportunities. Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate estimations and financial planning. Reporting & Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and present program status updates, dashboards, and executive reports. Lead status meetings across teams and executive stakeholders. Ensure transparency and clarity on project health, risks, and financials. Experience & Education

Bachelor’s degree required; technical or master’s degree preferred. 10+ years of leadership in IT or large-scale technology transformation. Proven success in managing multi-million-dollar programs (portfolio in the range of 150−400M; 10-20M operating budget). Extensive experience leading agile transformations, with strong knowledge of scaled frameworks such as SAFe. Experience with SDLC, software development tools (e.g., JIRA), and Agile methodologies. Leadership & Communication

Strong people management, coaching, and mentoring skills. Demonstrated ability to facilitate large workshops and executive presentations. Collaborative leadership style that fosters cross-functional alignment. Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical audiences. Technical & Methodological Expertise

Deep understanding of IT systems development, architecture, and technical capabilities. Expertise in portfolio management, risk mitigation, and process optimization. Familiarity with Agile tools, metrics, and data-driven decision-making. Certifications & Additional Skills

Agile certifications: CSM, CSP, CSPO, or equivalent (preferred). SAFe Program Consultant (SPC4) certification (preferred). Organizational Change Management certification or education (desirable). Internationally recognized Agile coaching certifications (a plus). Additional Competencies

Ability to create concise, data-driven project status dashboards. Skilled in leveraging historical data and forecasting models. Strong strategic thinker with a focus on delivering value and continuous improvement. Courage to sponsor innovation, process improvements, and technology adoption. Power Skills
