Role Designation: Subject Matter Expert - Level IV IT Security Designation: None (Not an Information Systems position) Investigation Required: Tier 2 (T2) IA Technical/Management Designation: Not Required Commercial (Baseline) Certificates: PMI, PMP or equivalent as approved by the COR, ITIL 4 Experience in this Discipline: Eight (8) years of progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency Minimum Education: Bachelor\'s degree Functional Responsibility: Provides expertise in the development and execution of business and financial solutions that adhere to government and industry best practices and standards. Serves as the expert on topics related to business process, service management, portfolio management, capital planning and investment/budgetary control. Advises senior leadership on business and financial aspects of the organization. Provides a wide range of business and financial expertise to support the organization\'s strategic vision and goals.
