The role you will contribute Responsible for providing leadership to deliver actionable analytical insights that drive targeted operational improvement and develop automations to enhance efficiency and financial performance across the organization\'s Revenue Cycle for both Acute operations and the Physician Billing. This role partners with corporate Revenue Cycle leaders and Divisional Revenue Cycle leaders to improve the execution of Automation and Analytics functions and support other strategic priorities. The role ensures the successful design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable automation technologies and robust analytics platforms. This position requires experience in a large, complex, matrix organization with proven leadership and a track record of leading large projects with varying stakeholders.

Oversees the Analytics team to develop and maintain data analytics and reporting tools that enables early detection of operational risks as well as performance gaps, and supports data-driven decision making for Revenue Cycle leaders at all levels across the enterprise

Oversees the execution and implementation of Revenue Cycle strategic initiatives involving robotic process automation (Automation) and AI

Establishes realistic internal SLAs and Key Performance Indicators for relevant support functions; sets clear, compelling goals for the Analytics and Automation team leaders, and holds them accountable for performance, cultivating the climate for open and frequent communication

Serves as a liaison between Revenue Cycle functional area teams and executive leadership to help conceptualize and translate in-depth data analysis into actionable business insights

Responds to escalations of key issues from the Automation and Analytics teams and collaborates with team members to identify resolution and alternative plan of action

Fosters collaboration between Automation and Analytics teams with the broader PI and Business Support department

Ensures alignment of Automation and Analytics teams with the broader Revenue Cycle and enterprise strategic objectives

Follows, shares, and incorporates automation related market innovation and trends in alignment with leading Revenue Cycle practices

The expertise and experiences you\'ll need to succeed Bachelor\'s Degree

5 years leadership experience

Broad understanding and experience within hospital and physician operations in an integrated health system

Purposeful and results oriented

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to organize, develop, manage, and motivate teams

Strong problem-solving, decision-making, administrative, and time management skills

Ability to respond to change and opportunity with agility

Advanced communication skills to develop cross-functional relationships across the organization to tie the support and improvement functions across end-to-end Revenue Cycle

Ability to inspire high performance and foster a climate of collaboration and continuous learning

Ability to build trust and relationships, remove barriers, and achieve consensus effectively in a large and complex matrix organization

Ability to manage projects and teams to communicate expectations and deliver results in the form of implementable automations, insightful dashboards, and other special projects

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, Outlook)

Knowledge of automation and analytics technologies, systems, and vendors capabilities and best practices

Ability to interpret technical system requirements and languages and bridge that understanding with Revenue Cycle leaders

Working knowledge of analytic tools such as Qlikview, PowerBI, or other similar tools

Familiarity with Automation-related languages, knowledge and skills (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, MS Power Platform, SQL (T-SQL, PL-SQL or similar), jQuery, JavaScript)

Preferred Qualifications:

Master\'s Degree

Project Management skills and / or certifications

Epic EMR certifications in related areas

Revenue Cycle certifications, such as the Certification in Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP)
