As

Lead Superintendent , you'll take full accountability for daily onsite operations. You'll manage field staff, subcontractors, and jobsite logistics to keep high-profile projects on schedule and within budget. Run all field operations on ground-up projects valued $25M-$100M Coordinate site logistics, subcontractors, inspections, and safety Lead project meetings and interface with owners, PMs, and inspectors Maintain clear documentation and scheduling through Procore Supervise Assistant Superintendents and trade personnel Ensure project is delivered on time, on budget, and safely The Successful Applicant

10-15+ years of experience as a Superintendent for a GC Extensive experience running full-cycle ground-up construction Background with multifamily projects in the $25M-$100M+ range Must hold a valid MA CSL license Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, and construction scheduling tools What's on Offer
