About Our Client This position is with a rapidly expanding general contractor specializing in multifamily construction. The company operates as a medium-sized organization with a strong portfolio of successful projects and a commitment to excellence in the business services sector.

Job Description

Lead and manage daily on-site construction activities for multifamily projects.

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and vendors to ensure project schedules and milestones are met.

Oversee quality control to maintain high construction standards.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company protocols.

Collaborate with project managers to address challenges and adjust schedules as needed.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and site logs.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including owners, architects, and engineers.

Proactively identify and resolve any issues that arise during construction.

The Successful Applicant A successful Lead Superintendent - Multifamily should have:

Proven experience managing multifamily construction projects.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.

Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.

Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in construction software and project management tools (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Apps).

A proactive and solution-oriented approach to addressing challenges on-site.
