Lead Superintendent - $15M 50 Unit Project - Boston

Lead Superintendent Lead the daily on-site operations of a $15M, 50-unit construction project in Boston. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow. Monitor project schedules and budgets, making adjustments as needed to meet goals. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards at all times. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and resolve any issues promptly. Communicate progress updates to the project manager and other stakeholders. Train and mentor junior team members to promote professional growth. Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs and reports.
