Lead the monthly close process, ensuring accuracy and integrity in financial reporting. Prepare and present financial packages to the Board of Directors. Oversee departmental operations, including investments, fixed assets, accounts payable, and compensation. Develop and submit three-year business and capital plans to regulatory bodies. Collaborate with external and internal auditors and support regulatory examinations. Mentor and develop accounting staff, fostering a high-performance culture. Requirements for the CFO Role
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Banking experience is required. 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role. Strong command of financial reporting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage) and advanced Excel skills.
