Architect and execute a comprehensive enrollment strategy that transforms interest into enrollment Craft and deliver magnetic information sessions that turn skeptics into believers Immerse yourself in the local community through strategic event participation and relationship building Forge powerful alliances with community leaders and organizations to amplify Alpha's presence Provide strategic intelligence on market dynamics, parent perspectives, and growth opportunities What you won’t be doing

Build and maintain a robust waitlist of 150+ students through strategic community engagement, authentic relationship building, and unwavering commitment to Alpha's educational vision. Basic Requirements

Your Success Profile: Current residence within commuting distance of our campus locations in AZ, CA, FL, or NY Authorization to work in the United States (no sponsorship available) Minimum 5 years of proven experience in educational outreach, family engagement, or enrollment management Master communicator with outstanding verbal and written abilities Demonstrated track record of building trust and facilitating complex decisions Passionate alignment with Alpha's innovative, high-performance learning approach About Alpha

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
