Southeastern Wisconsin Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations across construction and maintenance divisions Drive efficiency, revenue growth, and profitability while ensuring top-tier quality and safety standards Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of 50+ employees Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance Build strong client relationships and support market expansion initiatives Champion innovation, process improvement, and scalable systems Ideal Candidate
7–10 years of progressive leadership in landscape construction and maintenance, with at least 5 years in a senior management role Strong financial and operational acumen with a track record of driving growth Excellent communicator and relationship-builder with strategic vision High integrity, collaborative leadership style, and a passion for operational excellence Why This Role

Base pay
range: $150,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr Annual Bonus
