HOA - Onsite General Manager (POA Lake Ridge) role at RealManage Elevated Onsite. The General Manager serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the Home Owners Association, with ultimate responsibility for day-to-day operations and relationships between the Association, Board of Directors, members, employees, and external partners. Lake Ridge is a large community (approx. 3,400 acres with over 2,080 homes) located south of the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. RealManage Elevated Onsite provides on-site property management at the direction of the POA Board of Directors. Base pay range: $85,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr. Responsibilities
Conduct daily and frequent site inspections to ensure high standards of safety, courtesy, cleanliness, and efficiency. Maintain a high visible presence within the community and among the team to provide exceptional customer service, addressing members’ inquiries, concerns, and feedback. Public charisma and ability to develop positive relationships. Ensure compliance with all community policies and procedures as defined by the Board of Directors. Plan, develop, and approve operational policies, procedures, methods, and regulations related to general operating procedures. Direct the work of all department managers. Lead the development of the annual operating, cash, and capital budgets; establish checkpoints to assess budget compliance. Prepare timely monthly financial reports for the Board of Directors. Coordinate the development of long-range and annual business plans aligned with by-laws and policies. Oversee the impact of policies/programs/processes and recommend changes as needed. Monitor quality of products and services to maximize member and guest satisfaction. Secure and protect all association assets. Maintain ongoing dialogue with members to gather input on association direction and improvements. Coordinate with the Board on the development and implementation of strategic plans. Plan, develop, and approve specific operational programs, procedures, methods, rules, and regulations in concert with general policies. Evaluate committee activities that report to the General Manager. Ensure compliance with purchasing policies and procedures. Provide counsel to management staff to ensure employees are properly trained, supervised, scheduled, and knowledgeable of their responsibilities. Develop, maintain, and disseminate a basic management philosophy to guide personnel toward optimal operating results. Support internal controls. Other duties as directed. Seniority level
