What You’ll Do
Provide on-site technical support to attorneys and staff for desktops, software, and AV systems
Troubleshoot Microsoft Office and legal applications
Set up and support video conferencing and conference room technology
Document and escalate issues, working closely with other IT teams
Support hardware inventory, repairs, and imaging
Participate in special IT projects and collaborate with cross-office teams
What You Bring
2 years of technical support or customer service experience
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, desktop hardware, and Microsoft Office
Legal tech support experience a plus
Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset
Ability to lift and move equipment (up to 50 lbs) as needed
High School diploma required; Bachelor’s in MIS or related field preferred
