We are committed to delivering a seamless payroll experience for our global workforce. As we expand our international payroll capabilities, we are looking for a Payroll Analyst for the EMEA region. You will support payroll operations across multiple EMEA countries, work with payroll vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll, perform data reviews, reconciliations, and compliance checks, and help improve processes to deliver a great payroll experience. What You’ll Do

Assist with end-to-end payroll processing across multiple EMEA countries. Review vendor reports, payroll inputs, and employee data for accuracy. Support monthly reconciliations, audits, and compliance checks. Partner with HR, Accounting, and Benefits teams on payroll-related matters. Respond to employee payroll questions with clear and timely communication. Help identify opportunities to streamline and improve payroll processes. What We’re Looking For

2-4 years of payroll experience, preferably covering multiple EMEA countries. Good understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and regulations. Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Experience with payroll platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP) is a plus. Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field—or equivalent practical experience. Prior experience with EMEA payroll operations is highly desirable. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to support scalable and compliant payroll operations in a fast-paced environment.
