Legal Support Specialist

You will play a critical role in supporting attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff by providing technical expertise, data analysis, and process optimization.
Responsibilities:
Assist legal staff with the use of case management software, e-discovery platforms, document management systems, and other legal tech tools (e.g., Clio, Relativity, LexisNexis, Westlaw).
Analyze case-related data, financial records, or client information to produce reports, summaries, or visualizations that support legal strategies and decision-making.
Conduct legal research using online databases and resources, providing attorneys with relevant case law, statutes, and regulatory information.
Identify inefficiencies in workflows and recommend or implement technological solutions to improve productivity and accuracy.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in a law firm, legal department, or technical support role. Familiarity with legal processes and terminology preferred.
Proficiency in legal software (e.g., document management, billing, or e-discovery tools).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Compensation:
$55-65k + bonus
