South Brooklyn Health is a redesigned health care campus featuring the new 11-floor Ruth Bader Ginsburg Hospital with emergency care, modern labor and delivery suites, and state-of-the-art surgical services. The Health & Wellness Institute offers outpatient services—from primary and preventive care to specialty services for children and adults. The hospital maintains a strong academic affiliation with SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University and NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine to maintain high standards of healthcare delivery. Opportunity Details
Provide direct patient care, including inpatient consultation and outpatient cardiology clinic. Manage noninvasive cardiac testing, such as echocardiography including TEE and cardiac stress testing. ECG and ambulatory ECG interpretation and reporting. Direct teaching responsibilities for cardiology fellows, as well as teaching and mentoring medical residents and medical students. Participate in the cardiology call coverage schedule for the division. Seniority level
