Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution.
Degree in mechanical engineering or chemical engineering.
Registered patent attorney with the USPTO.
Admitted to a state bar, with preference for NC and/or SC.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and drafting abilities.
Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Registered with the USPTO.
Admitted to a state bar in good standing.
Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
