We are a home care agency serving senior care clients in Contra Costa and Alameda counties seeking a dynamic Home Care Community Partner to join our sales team. The role focuses on maintaining, growing, and developing new community partner relationships to drive sales growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
Responsible for business development within the senior care community, establishing partners and networks for direct client referrals and new service starts.
Maintain existing community partnerships and develop new partnerships and services within the region.
Partner with Sales and Client Care leadership to align pricing plans to market needs with a focus on gross margin.
Review, update, and maintain current product and service offerings for clients and families; ensure internal partners are trained on offerings.
Work with community partners and clients to find appropriate care solutions and build relationships for business retention.
Generate regular streams of new business through client service, referral marketing to the community, and participation in community outreach events.
Call on and develop new referral accounts in local healthcare and senior care communities (e.g., Geriatric Care Managers, facilities, hospitals, concierge doctors).
Communicate with family members and the Client Care team to refine and improve clients’ lives, aiming for high client satisfaction based on metrics.
Collaborate with the Client Care team on new clients, renewals, and new products or services in care plans.
Represent Hillendale at community events, upholding company values and high standards of care.
Maintain accurate records on prospective and active clients and referral sources.
Present sales and other metrics to senior leadership, including dashboard reporting.

Requirements Experience, Skills, and Education:
Bachelor's Degree in business management, marketing management, or a related field
8+ years in business development, account management, sales, and/or marketing within the home care industry
Innovative business development skills with a proven track record of acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones through community partnerships
Excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate customer needs
Strong sense of urgency and drive to grow the business
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Experience with CRM and customer service programs/databases
Advanced Excel skills; proficient with Google Suite
