Sales Manager or Sales Director
(depending on experience) to help us launch and lead our SoCal expansion. Compensation Base pay range : $70,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr Additional compensation types : Commission Location : Based in or near
Laguna Beach, CA , with insider knowledge of the market The Role
This is your chance to make an immediate and visible impact in one of California’s most iconic destinations. You’ll lead the charge on new business development, strategic client partnerships, and drive revenue growth through luxury group events, high-end incentive programs, and one-of-a-kind experiences. You’ll work closely with our General Manager and National Sales Team and Local Operations to establish and grow our presence in the region. What You’ll Do
Prospect and close high-value corporate group business Build and nurture long-term relationships with hotels, partners, vendors, and clients Represent RMC at industry events, client meetings, and site visits Collaborate cross-functionally to develop tailored, unforgettable event solutions Develop winning proposals and lead compelling presentations Hit (and exceed!) sales targets while developing business opportunities A natural connector, storyteller, sales leader, and closer 5+ years of sales experience in the luxury hospitality, DMC, or events Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and unshakably professional A confident communicator with polished presence and a high EQ Tech-savvy (Salesforce, Microsoft Office, etc.) and proposal-savvy Requirements & Qualifications
Based in or near Laguna Beach, CA 5+ years of sales experience in the luxury hospitality, DMC, or events About the Company
