Senior Manager of Sterile Processing responsible for the oversight of the Sterile Processing departments at 2 hospital campuses (Torrance and San Pedro) This role will be responsible for overseeing Torrance and San Pedro Sterile Processing Departments and have strong working relationships with Perioperative and Interventional leadership, clinical and support staff, and physicians throughout the South Bay. This role will work collaboratively with Executive Director Perioperative Services to define, manage, and closely monitor the strategic plan for Sterile Processing. Develops, implements, and manages operational budgets for departments. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Healthcare related field. Upon hire –

National Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician - Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution. National Certified Instrument Specialist - Healthcare Sterile Processing Association.
