Brand Manager
to drive growth for a well-known Hispanic cheese brand and its portfolio. This role will lead brand strategy, execution, and innovation, while working cross-functionally with sales, supply chain, finance, and external agencies. It’s a high-visibility position in a core growth segment, ideal for brand leaders with CPG experience who want to directly impact business outcomes in both retail and foodservice. What You’ll Be Doing Develop and execute marketing initiatives to build consumer and customer demand. Conduct market analysis and support go-to-market (GTM) planning for long-term growth. Lead agencies from brief development through execution across media, creative, shopper marketing, and social. Partner cross-functionally with sales, supply chain, finance, and business unit leadership to drive growth. Build and manage the innovation pipeline, from research through commercialization. Manage and track the marketing budget, providing insights and recommendations across KPIs. What They’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field (or equivalent experience). 6+ years of experience, including at least 3 years in
CPG brand management . Spanish fluency required
(must be able to read, write, and speak Spanish). Experience working with or coming from direct competitors (e.g., V&V Supremo, Goya, Nuestro Queso, etc.). Proven ability to influence leadership and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong data analysis and storytelling skills. Agency management experience.
