Job Title: Brand Manager Seeking a Brand Manager to drive demand and growth for Hispanic dairy brands. This role is responsible for building and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies, developing marketing plans, and managing initiatives that support long-term business goals. The position will work cross-functionally across sales, supply chain, finance, and leadership while managing agency partners to deliver topline and bottom-line results. Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing initiatives to create consumer and customer demand. Lead market analysis and GTM planning to grow both retail and food service opportunities. Manage agency partners and internal teams from brief development through execution across media, creative, social media, shopper marketing, and more. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver business growth and brand objectives. Drive innovation pipeline creation from research through product commercialization. Manage the marketing budget, including recommendations and tracking. Provide ongoing analysis and recommendations to guide business priorities and KPIs. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience). 6+ years of experience, including at least 3+ years in CPG brand management. Spanish language fluency strongly preferred. Proven ability to influence management and lead cross-functional teams. Strong data analysis, storytelling, and problem-solving skills. Experience managing agencies and multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. Compensation
