As Executive Vice President, Finance, you will be a key member of the senior leadership team, partnering closely with the CEO and Board to shape the strategic direction of the business. This is a pivotal role that goes beyond finance stewardship — you will act as a strategic thought partner, driving value creation and enabling scale through sharp financial insight, operational discipline, and transformative deal-making. Key Responsibilities Lead the company’s long-term financial strategy, aligning capital allocation, investment priorities, and growth ambitions with shareholder value creation. Build a world-class FP&A capability to drive forward-looking insight, commercial decision support, and operational accountability. Own the evaluation, structuring, and execution of M&A opportunities to accelerate growth and market expansion. Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team, providing actionable insights on performance, risks, and opportunities. Support financing activities, manage investor communications, and ensure readiness for future capital events. Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team, instilling a culture of agility, accountability, and excellence. Candidate Profile Proven track record as a senior finance executive (CFO, EVP, SVP Finance, or equivalent) within a fast-paced, scaling environment. Strong background in FP&A, corporate finance, and strategic financial planning. Demonstrable experience leading M&A transactions and integrating acquired businesses. Deep commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial insight into business strategy. Experience in consumer, retail, food & beverage, or other relevant growth-oriented sectors.
