Vice President, Finance
to lead Financial Planning & Analysis and serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership. This role will report directly to the CFO and collaborate closely with senior stakeholders including investors, lenders, and cross-functional leaders. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, people-oriented leader with strong analytical capabilities and a passion for driving performance and accountability across a matrixed organization. This individual will oversee a growing team and play a key role in shaping financial strategy, reporting, and forecasting as the company scales beyond $1B in revenue. Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team. Drive strategic planning, forecasting, and performance management. Prepare and present financial reporting packages for internal and external stakeholders. Partner with leadership to implement finance technologies and process improvements. Support budgeting and resource allocation across divisions and practice lines. Collaborate on compensation planning and equity allocation. Provide actionable insights through advanced analytics and visualization tools. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. 10+ years of experience, including 3+ years managing teams. Background in professional services and high-growth environments. Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or Tableau preferred. Familiarity with ERP systems (Dynamics365 a plus), debt covenant reporting, and pro forma calculations. Preferred Experience
Companies with 1,000+ employees, international operations, and multiple divisions. Location
Hybrid role based in New York City or Chicago, Illinois offices.
