Account director - IT services - Medtech / Lifesciences sector. Minneapolis. The role is with a $600+ million IT services company. Account director will grow and scale the engagement with a leading MedTech company and be technically proficient in IT solutioning; past delivery experience in IT services is a plus. The life sciences solutions include connectivity & communications, IoT, device portals, customer engagement management, PLM, supply chain optimization, and inventory management, complemented by a full suite of digital, CRM, analytics and ERP offerings. Responsibilities

Grow business with a leading MedTech company and scale the current engagement. Be technically proficient in IT solutioning; past delivery experience in IT services is a plus. Contribute to and drive delivery of IT services projects when applicable. Focus on order booking, margins, and realized revenue as key performance indicators. Qualifications

8+ years’ experience in IT services and selling technology solutions; conducted account mining in the life sciences / med devices vertical within the recent 2-3 years. Experience leading delivery of IT services projects. Understanding of domain processes of the industry – drug / device lifecycle, PLM, clinical trials, connectivity, inventory and warehouse management. Experience selling connectivity, app modernization, cloud migration and digital transformation themes. Experience selling to, delivering to, or working with Medtronic is a big plus. Led a territory or account size of $5+ million and pursued deals of $5+ million TCV. Employment type
