Litigation Associate Attorney – Boston or New York Direct Counsel is seeking a Litigation Associate to join a leading Am Law 100 firm. The firm’s litigation group is known for its strategic, results-driven approach, handling high-stakes matters across a variety of industries. The team collaborates across practice areas to guide clients through complex disputes with a sharp focus on business objectives. Responsibilities
Handle complex litigation matters including legal research, brief writing, discovery, and document production Serve as a key contributor to the growth of the practice through article writing, speaking engagements, and client development initiatives Collaborate with colleagues and clients, both in-office and remotely (approximately 60% in-office presence expected) Engage in pretrial, trial, and appellate phases of litigation Qualifications
JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school Admitted or eligible for admission in Massachusetts or New York Minimum of 4 years’ experience in complex litigation Strong legal writing and research skills Judicial clerkship experience a plus Professional demeanor and strong communication skills Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities Team-oriented with strong attention to detail Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $310,000 – $365,000 (bonus eligible) Comprehensive benefits package provided
