Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant
with specialized expertise in
Payroll
to design, configure, and implement payroll solutions that align with U.S. legislative requirements and organizational policies. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders and technical teams to build accurate, compliant, and efficient Oracle Cloud Payroll configurations that integrate seamlessly with other HCM modules. This role requires deep knowledge of payroll processes, statutory compliance, and the ability to translate business needs into clean, scalable Oracle HCM solutions. What You’ll Be Doing
Design, configure, and customize Oracle Cloud Payroll modules to meet client-specific business and compliance requirements Build payroll processes including
pay groups ,
earning and deduction elements , and
payroll balances Ensure accurate integration of Payroll with
Core HR ,
Time and Labor , and
Benefits Administration Customize the system for unique payroll policies, union rules, statutory obligations, and reporting needs Collaborate with technical consultants to support third-party system integrations Utilize
Fast Formulas
for earnings, deductions, validation, and eligibility logic (preferred) Support UAT, go-live readiness, and post-deployment issue resolution Document system designs, test scripts, training guides, and user manuals Partner with developers, analysts, and PMs to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery What You’ll Bring to the Table
5+ years of experience implementing
Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll , with deep knowledge of
U.S. legislative requirements Proven expertise in payroll configuration and compliance within Oracle Cloud HCM Hands-on experience integrating Payroll with Core HR, Time and Labor, and Benefits Strong documentation, testing, and stakeholder engagement capabilities Familiarity with Fast Formula development is a strong plus Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field Oracle Payroll Cloud certification is preferred Work from Office required Iteria.us offers a comprehensive benefits package, paid time off, and an employee centric culture.
