Overview of the Chief Financial Officer Role
Supervise 12 employees in the accounting department
Manage investor relationships
Oversee all accounting operations and internal controls
Financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, analysis, and strategic planning
Oversee maintenance and upgrades of financial systems
Preferred Qualifications for the Chief Financial Officer
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, MBA preferred
Minimum five years of management experience and seven years of accounting and finance experience
Advanced Excel skills, proficiency in NetSuite or another major ERP system
Knowledge of GAAP
Ability communicate and build relationships at all levels of an organization
Ability to manage multiple projects and concurrent deadlines
