The Senior Manager of Marketing Optimization

will work with campaign teams across Verizon Consumer Group (VCG) to build quarterly testing plans and provide guidance to create structured, scalable, and readable tests that maximize campaign performance. The role also collaborates with the corporate research team for messaging and creative research to drive meaningful insights for Verizon home and mobile products and services. Responsibilities

Partner with campaign managers, research teams, product teams, and external agencies to identify opportunities for campaign optimization through test and research initiatives. Support campaign managers in setting up valid tests to improve campaign performance through campaign positioning, messaging, offer presentment, targeting, creative, and related elements. Execute agile testing across email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, and direct mail tactics, with a focus on personalization. Analyze test results and produce readouts for campaign managers and partner teams. Present executive readouts to senior leadership and across Verizon on testing plans and results. Maintain a repository of past test results and research to provide insights and support for business and product marketing teams. What we're looking for

You'll need to have: Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience. Six or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work and/or military experience, or specialized training. Experience using statistical analysis to understand marketing performance. Experience building measurable campaign test plans. Experience working efficiently and meeting deadlines in a cross-functional, team-based environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Comfort with making inferences from data; ability to analyze test results and derive implications beyond the test. Qualitative and quantitative research experience. Experience working in or as part of an Agile Marketing organization. Experience working in strategic planning or research. Experience presenting findings and insights to audiences that matter, up to the executive level. Master's degree (MBA preferred).
