Strategy and Operations Lead, Americas (Commerce Media Networks) – Go-to-Market. This role sits within the Product GTM Team and is responsible for accelerating and defending AMER business growth through regional activation programs, product activation thought leadership, and stewardship of third-party ecosystems, agencies and industry groups. Responsibilities

Lead strategic projects at the Americas scale that shape the future operating model and support long-term business priorities; oversee multiple strategic opportunities and design organization-wide processes to ensure long-term goals are defined and met. Define, align upon, and execute against priority regional product OKRs and activation priorities, metrics, and strategies; build governance to diagnose, discuss and progress against key business goals. Work with internal stakeholders cross-functionally to deliver solutions that meet business objectives; influence global stakeholders to build regional solutions. Conduct in-depth analysis of product and business data to identify trends, insights, and intelligence to support decision making and activation. Qualifications

Minimum qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree. Preferred qualifications Experience in sales or product strategy in traditional or digital advertising. Experience building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders. Understanding of retail or consumer goods. Ability to present concepts to different audiences, prioritize initiatives, drive progress and adapt quickly across multiple workstreams. Ability to translate product offerings into business-facing value propositions aligned with customer business and marketing objectives, with a customer-focused mindset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving, and strategic thinking. About The Job

The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business-critical insights using analytics, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We focus on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations and evolving early-stage ideas into future-growth initiatives. This role supports the Product GTM team and accelerates growth across the region via product adoption and best practices, driving retail media initiatives across Google properties. The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team sets go-to-market strategy and ensures flawless execution. We have teams embedded in major Ads business areas as well as global teams working across business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic, results-oriented approach.
