Assists in proposal writing, reviews project proposals, drawings and plans to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements and resource allocation to project phases. Coordinates pre-construction services for projects. Assists in directing strategic planning and provides leadership in business development and client relations. Reviews project activities, costs, operations and forecast data to determine progress toward goals. Assists Director of Operations with work assignments, distribution of projects, managing project managers and ensuring timely completion and profitability. Develops and maintains relationships with new and existing clients to ensure continued satisfaction and a positive company image. Establishes relationships with subcontractors and vendors. Coordinates with Marketing to promote KA capabilities and provide leads. Maintains memberships in civic and professional organizations to support personal growth and relationship development. Confers with project staff to outline work plans, assign duties, and coordinate activities to ensure progress within budget; provides technical advice to resolve problems. Provides schedule support to preserve contract and project timelines. Prepares project reports for management and clients and adjusts schedules as required. Coordinates with governmental/regulatory agencies as needed. Meets with Finance to ensure projects progress within budget. Performs work in accordance with KA Project Managers’ Manual. Performs other duties as assigned. Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

Bachelor’s degree from four-year college/university or equivalent Minimum of 10 years related work experience Demonstrated computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook) and knowledge of project management software Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external customers Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and customer service Ability to manage time productively and meet goals Ability to comply with company policies and uphold high standards of conduct Provides guidance and feedback to team members and supports development plans Provides regular feedback and recognition Creates a positive and uplifting team environment Preferred Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

Four-year degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related field Knowledge of ViewPoint software Other

Valid Driver's License with acceptable MVR and KA Motor Vehicle Policy adherence Travel 25-75% depending on job Physical Demands
