Billing Specialist.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and enjoys working collaboratively with attorneys and clients to ensure accurate and timely billing. Key Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with attorneys, staff, and clients to ensure billing compliance and clarity. Manage account setup, billing arrangements, and inventory for assigned client portfolios. Review and implement client billing guidelines, monitor budgets, discounts, and fee caps, and communicate billing adjustments. Oversee the full billing cycle—from prebill to final invoice—ensuring accuracy and timely submission. Collaborate with eBilling Prepare and maintain reports related to billing status, accruals, audits, and payments. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
in Accounting, Finance, or Business (or equivalent experience). Prior experience in a law firm
or professional services environment preferred. Proficiency with Financial Management Systems and advanced Excel/reporting skills -
Aderant & Billblast. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Seniority level
