Overview
The Analyst, Revenue Strategy for the Franchise Division of Sonesta International Hotels Corporation, is a key member of the revenue management team who is responsible for developing, executing, understanding and analyzing a strategy, and managing and enhancing the connectivity that delivers revenue for RLH and its franchisees. You will design analyses, collect and prepare data, incorporate business context and logic, execute analyses, draw conclusions and identify next steps. Our team maintains a focus on improving return on invested capital for our stakeholders and believes success comes when all team members are successful. The right candidate is a data and spreadsheet subject matter expert and a resourceful, creative analyst who can leverage past experience to deliver support to the franchise revenue management team. This role requires a firm understanding of data, numbers and spreadsheets. You will be a trusted adviser to your team and will support a portfolio of hotels to provide advice over sales and marketing elements. There is potential to grow into owning property revenue management strategy and you will work closely with members of the internal Revenue Management team. Responsibilities

Provide advisory support over sales and marketing elements to a portfolio of hotels. Learn the ins and outs of revenue management and grow into owning property revenue management strategy. Collaborate with the internal Revenue Management team. Qualifications
Comprehensive understanding of information technology relating to sales, revenue and property management systems (including SynXis, SHR Windsurfer, OPERA, Visual Matrix, and other property management systems). Experience building professional templates, SOPs, and PowerPoint presentations. Bachelor’s degree in Economics, statistics, math, finance or 1+ years in hotel revenue management or closely aligned discipline. 1+ years of revenue management or data analytics experience. Analytical, creative, detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated. Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to execute in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to champion initiatives internally and externally. Pay range: $53,000 to $60,000. Base pay offer may vary depending on factors including job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Benefits
