Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and analyze revenue strategies for hotels and franchisees
Design and conduct analyses while preparing and interpreting data
Collaborate with the Revenue Management team to provide sales and marketing advice
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and prioritization
Serve as a trusted adviser, leveraging data insights to inform business strategies
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, mathematics, finance, or related field, or 1+ years of experience in hotel revenue management
Minimum of 1+ years of experience in revenue management or data analytics
Proficiency in Excel, including analytics and modeling techniques
Comprehensive understanding of property management systems such as SynXis and OPERA
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau
Proven ability to build professional templates and standard operating procedures
Exceptional project management skills with experience involving multiple stakeholders
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
