Leidos is seeking a ServiceNow Solutions Architect and Technical Manager to be part of the mission solution and help lead SSA's Digital Modernization Strategy. Join one of our high performing teams responsible for building the next-generation enterprise APIs and modern responsive user interfaces, supporting the Social Security Administration (SSA) and their mission to meet the changing needs of the public, positively impacting at least 65 million American lives per month. Required skills include expertise in developing enterprise-wide architecture, guiding multiple development and implementations, and providing leadership with development Team Leads. Selected candidate must be willing to work on-site 5 days a week in Woodlawn, MD. Day to Day Responsibilities
Lead the ServiceNow architecture development, enhancements and implementations. Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to utilize ServiceNow for managing enterprise services and enhancements using new technologies (e.g., AI and automation). Build roadmaps, provide recommendations, and lead development and adoption of new technologies and services to maximize ServiceNow capabilities. Provide assistance to development teams as needed. BS Degree and 12+ years of experience. Additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree. 12+ years of experience as ServiceNow Developer 8+ years as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect 8+ years leading ServiceNow development teams Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
