Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements including supply, distribution, vendor, and customer contracts
Support M&A activities through due diligence and transaction documentation
Provide legal advice on compliance, regulatory issues, and business initiatives
Manage disputes and coordinate with outside counsel on litigation and claims
Partner with HR on employment-related legal matters
What is Required
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited U.S. law school
Active bar membership in good standing
5–7 years of legal experience, including both law firm training and in-house counsel work
Strong background in commercial contracts, governance, compliance, and employment law
Excellent communication skills with a practical, solutions-focused approach
