Description Under the direction of the Senior Director of Practice Transformation and Strategy, the SUD Public Health Project Manager will lead the planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting for the

MassLeague MGB SUD Equity Grant

and

support the Behavioral Health Services Expansion (BHSE) grant deliverables

related to SUD services at DotHouse Health. This position will advance equitable, culturally responsive SUD services, strengthen community engagement, and support diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives aligned with grant objectives. The Project Manager will work collaboratively with clinical, operational, quality improvement, marketing and community engagement staff to ensure grant deliverables are met, including enhancing and expanding SUD services. The Project Manager will directly supervise the Community Engagement Specialist, ensuring integration of community engagement activities into SUD service delivery and grant implementation. Success in this role requires emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust across diverse communities and teams. Continuation of this role beyond October 2027 is contingent on grant funding. Responsibilities

Collaborate with clinical, operational, quality improvement, marketing and community engagement staff to ensure grant deliverables are met and to expand SUD services. Foster equitable, culturally responsive SUD services, strengthen community engagement, and advance DEIB initiatives aligned with grant objectives. Build trust and operate with emotional intelligence to engage diverse communities and teams. Note: Continuation beyond October 2027 is contingent on grant funding. Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Work, Public Administration, or a related field preferred; can substitute for two years of experience). Experience: Minimum four years’ experience coordinating or managing community, public, or population health initiatives Experience managing or working with grant-funded programs preferred. Lived or professional experience with communities impacted by substance use required. Demonstrated commitment to health equity in program work required. Experience supervising staff preferred. Skills: Strong project management, organization, and critical thinking skills. Ability to balance multiple projects and prioritize effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong data monitoring and analysis skills to support program evaluation and improvement. Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including clinical, operational, and community-based partners. Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and EHR systems (Epic experience preferred).
