We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for coordinating various projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. You will work closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate project schedules and resources to ensure timely completion of objectives. Assist project managers in developing detailed project plans and managing budgets. Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders throughout project life cycles. Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring adherence to timeline. Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes and action items. Maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and stakeholder communications. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Proven experience in project coordination or management in a professional setting. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Detail-oriented approach with a strong focus on accuracy and follow-through. Benefits
