eTeam is a global recruiting firm servicing hundreds of large enterprise clients spread over 70 countries. We have tossed aside the traditional staffing model, and replaced it with a grander vision! What’s the opportunity? As a Business Development Director, you will hunt new logos and develop new client relationships. This role is 85% new business development and 15% existing client management, with strong professional upside. The right person will be familiar with SOW projects in the IT space. This role is fully remote, and we are looking for someone with a proven track record of success selling into large enterprise clients.
3+ years of experience within Staffing / Human Capital is required. This role is for someone located in Texas, to visit nearby clients. Responsibilities
Demonstrate a strong business case for eTeam through a consultative and proactive sales process. Interface with leaders at all levels of client organizations. Demonstrate how you have established a set of smart goals on your largest opportunities and proven success on execution. Stay current on our clients\' business, industry, and key objectives and challenges so that you can be a trusted ally in providing thought leadership. Collaborate with internal teams to identify resources and execute throughout the sales cycle (partner with sales engineering, program management, customer care, and product management). Qualifications
Strategic and creative thinking that enables you to understand industry and customer trends and apply those insights to deliver business results. Expertise on selling and executing SOW projects. Industry expertise in tech staffing, along with clearly defined business development successes. Approach problems with rigorous quantitative and strategic analysis, identifying solutions for customers. Experience working with end users and decision makers. Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
