Position Summary The Primary Care RN will provide direct patient care in a busy outpatient clinic setting. This role involves supporting clinical workflows, assisting providers, and ensuring high-quality care delivery to patients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage patient flow through the clinic, including intake and rooming.
Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and document findings.
Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as prescribed.
Assist with care coordination, follow-up calls, and patient education.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
Collaborate with providers to implement treatment plans and clinical protocols.
Support chronic disease management and preventive care initiatives.
Qualifications
Active RN license in Massachusetts.
Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a primary care or outpatient setting.
Proficiency with EMR systems and clinical documentation.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
Schedule & Duration Full-time hours, Monday through Friday. Specific schedule and contract duration will be discussed during the interview process.
