Amergis Healthcare is a trusted provider of healthcare staffing solutions, connecting skilled professionals with impactful roles across the country. We are currently seeking a Primary Care RN for a full-time assignment at a clinic in Boston, MA.

Position Summary

The Primary Care RN will provide direct patient care in a busy outpatient clinic setting. This role involves supporting clinical workflows, assisting providers, and ensuring high-quality care delivery to patients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage patient flow through the clinic, including intake and rooming.
  • Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and document findings.
  • Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as prescribed.
  • Assist with care coordination, follow-up calls, and patient education.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
  • Collaborate with providers to implement treatment plans and clinical protocols.
  • Support chronic disease management and preventive care initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Active RN license in Massachusetts.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a primary care or outpatient setting.
  • Proficiency with EMR systems and clinical documentation.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

Schedule & Duration

Full-time hours, Monday through Friday. Specific schedule and contract duration will be discussed during the interview process.
