Position Summary
The Primary Care RN will provide direct patient care in a busy outpatient clinic setting. This role involves supporting clinical workflows, assisting providers, and ensuring high-quality care delivery to patients.
Responsibilities
- Manage patient flow through the clinic, including intake and rooming.
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and document findings.
- Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist with care coordination, follow-up calls, and patient education.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Collaborate with providers to implement treatment plans and clinical protocols.
- Support chronic disease management and preventive care initiatives.
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Massachusetts.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a primary care or outpatient setting.
- Proficiency with EMR systems and clinical documentation.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
Schedule & Duration
Full-time hours, Monday through Friday. Specific schedule and contract duration will be discussed during the interview process.
