This is a combined posting for a Neonatal Occupational Therapist OR a Neonatal Physical Therapist. The shift is Tuesday through Friday 7:45 AM to 6:15 PM. Occupational Therapist responsibilities: deliver and supervise services to children, birth to 18 years old; conduct evaluations; develop and implement individual treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes; reassess treatment results; participate in discharge planning; work within a team, family-centered approach, and in compliance with ethical standards and state regulations. Physical Therapist responsibilities: deliver and supervise physical therapy services; perform evaluations; develop and implement plans of care; reassess treatment results; participate in discharge planning; provide care for pediatric/adolescent orthopedic patients if required; may cover inpatient and outpatient services at Ballard and Issaquah clinics; comply with ethical standards and state regulations. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Washington Occupational Therapist License upon hire National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire Preferred Qualifications

Experience with neonatal patients in an occupational therapist role Neonatal Physical Therapist

Required Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program Washington Physical Therapist License upon hire National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire Preferred Qualifications

Experience with neonatal patients in a physical therapist role Salary and Benefits
