Seattle, WA – This is a combined posting for a Neonatal Occupational Therapist or a Neonatal Physical Therapist. The shift is Tuesday through Friday 7:45 AM to 6:15 PM. The pediatric rehabilitation services occupational therapist delivers and supervises services to children from birth to 18 years old. Services include evaluations, developing individual treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes, implementing the treatment program, reassessing results, and discharge planning. Services are provided within a team framework, family-centered approach, and in compliance with ethical standards, policies, procedures, national and professional standards, state practice acts for occupational therapists, and current accepted practice. The physical therapist (PT) delivers and supervises physical therapy services. PT evaluations and develops plans of care to maximize functional outcomes, implements plans, reassesses results, and actively participates in discharge planning. Services may include pediatric adolescent orthopedic care. Inpatient and outpatient coverage may be required at Ballard and Issaquah clinics. Services are delivered within a team approach and comply with ethical standards, policies and procedures, national and professional standards, state practice acts, and current accepted practice. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Upon hire: Washington Occupational Therapist License Upon hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association Preferred Qualifications: Experience with neonatal patients in an occupational therapy role Occupational Therapist Salary Range: Min: $46.57; Max: $72.29 Neonatal Physical Therapist
