The shift is Tuesday through Friday 7:45 AM to 6:15 PM. This is a combined posting for a Neonatal Occupational Therapist OR a Neonatal Physical Therapist. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Upon hire: Washington Occupational Therapist License Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Neonatal patients in an occupational therapist role Occupational Therapist Salary Range: Min: $46.57; Max: $72.29 Neonatal Physical Therapist

Required Qualifications: Coursework/Training: A graduate of an accredited program of physical therapy.
