Overview

Mercury has long been celebrated for revolutionizing how startups experience the magic of banking. In April 2024, we launched our consumer banking offering, which has rapidly become one of the fastest-growing segments at Mercury. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Personal Banking team and help shape and scale the consumer banking offering to the next level. This role combines vision, empathy, and a strong understanding of user needs. You’ll build new products for personal customers—across domestic and international banking networks—with a focus on delivering high-quality user experiences and the tools that power them behind the scenes across risk, support, compliance, and more. You’ll use data to prioritize and justify a product roadmap that delivers exceptional experiences and integrations. Collaboration is at the heart of what you’ll do. You’ll work with internal teams and external partners to design solutions that feel effortless to users, even when underlying systems are complex. The goal is a banking experience that users describe as secure, reliable, thoughtful, and magical. If you’re passionate about building elegant solutions to complex problems and creating products that improve people’s financial lives, we want to hear from you. Ready to shape the future of personal banking with Mercury? Let’s make it happen. Mercury is a financial technology company, not a bank.
