Fund Operations Analyst Key Responsibilities

Support Senior and Assistant Fund Controllers in daily operations across PE & VC funds

Partner with third-party administrators, auditors, and banks to ensure operational excellence

Coordinate valuation processes, review direct investment valuations, and prepare committee materials

Oversee treasury management including cash monitoring, reserves, and settlements

Drive improvements to operational models and fund processes for efficiency and scalability

Support new fund launches, audits, investor reporting, and due diligence requests

Fund Operations Analyst Qualifications

1-3+ years of private markets operations experience (private equity, venture capital, or fund administration / audit)

Bachelor's degree required

Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple deliverables

Comfortable in a dynamic environment with changing business needs; flexible and solutions-oriented

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; detail-oriented and accountable team player
