Work Schedule:

M-F, 7:00 PM – 3:30 AM EST Summary:

This position troubleshoots and communicates documentation discrepancy issues with customers and foreign origins. This position audits commercial documents, applies harmonized tariff schedule codes for accurate duty assessments and ensures all federal requirements are met. This position handles general customs brokerage activities and general office and data entry tasks. Responsibilities

Prepare Customs entries and follow up with the clearance process on all entries prepared. Communicate documentation discrepancies to client and supervisor. Daily follow up on documentation discrepancy issues, requiring the ability to troubleshoot and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing with customers and foreign origins. Establish and maintain client relationships. Commitment

Commitment Requirement:

Candidate must agree to a 6-month lock-in period from the date of hire to complete all required training, followed by a 1-year product lock-in to ensure continuity and proficiency in role-specific deliverables. Qualifications

High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent Basic knowledge of customs operations, laws and regulations, and other government departments - preferred Basic computer skills Grade 06 Employee Type
